I will explain how to make a basic Japanese-style soup stock, “dashi”.
I make a miso soup and nikujaga by using “dashi”.
The menu also has simple Japanese-style pickle as a side dishes and a seasonal fruit Daifuku as a dessert.
The menu is simple and easy to make for anyone with the ingredients that you can easily get at home.
