It can be eaten in all parts of Japan, but the tastes unique to each family are different. I don't use meat, but I mostly use mushrooms, cabbage and seasonal vegetables. It can be enjoyed by vegan and vegetarians, but people who are not are welcome.
I will provide the miso I made myself. It is prepared in the cold winter season and matured. Compare with miso sold at supermarkets. It's delicious.
