•Yuba and tofu with home made soy milk which goes well with various condiments (green onion, yuzu pepper, ponzu, horseradish paste and ginger paste)
•Vegetable with tofu sauce
・Miso soup
・White rice
・two additional dishes(Cucumber salad with sweeten fried tofu, and Vegetalbe Nimono)
• Japanese soft sweet
・Japanese tea

This is hands-on class for Japanese Shojin dishes(no meat and no fish are used.) This workshop is especially forcused on soybeans.
For the dashi which is a fundamental soup stock for authentic Japanese food. For the dashi, vegan and vegetarian options are available.

Hello. I am Terumi. I am a worldwide home-cooking dish researcher and instructor based in Japan since 2008.
I really love communicating with international people trough food, and cooking. I would like to introduce my family recipes with you. In this workshop I would like to Introduce my family vegetarian recipes to share our cooking time with as many people as possible.
