•Soy milk pot dish with vegetable stock
•Creamy tofu with various garnishes(ground sesame, green onion and ponzu, horseradish paste and soy sauce, ground radish and chili)
•Kayaku rice(cook rice with fried tofu and veg)
•Match green tea sweets

This is hands-on class for Japanese Shojin dishes(no meat and no fish are used.) This workshop is especially forcused on soybeans.
For the dashi which is a fundamental soup stock for authentic Japanese food, vegetables and baked soybeans are used. Hope not only vegan and vegetables but also those who are not can enjoy my workshop.
