Tempura is a typical Japanese food.
In this class we make Tempura using shrimps and seasonal vegetables as ingredients.
If you don't eat shrimps or eggs we can take out them, and we use only vegetables as Tempura ingredients.
And we can use vegetable soup stock made of dried shiitake mushroom and Kombu ( kelp ) for miso soup and Tempura dipping sauce instead of bonito soup stock.
Don't hesitate to tell me if there is anything you don't like or you are allergic to.
This class takes place in my kitchen and dining room so you can relax and enjoy cooking with homelike atmosphere.
You will be able to make it at home after you get back to your country.
