We'll make the most popular Udon"Sanuki udon" in Japan as well as vegan soup from scratch.
Sanuki udon is known across Japan for its smooth texture and elasticity.
You can learn each step that goes into making it by hand and foot.
I use dried kelp (seaweed) and dried natural shiitake mushroom for soup stock.
Everything including seasonings we use is authentic, high quality and additive free.
You'll enjoy your handmade udon in both eating such as chilled one and hot one.
You can take away the recipe which everything is written so that you can cook at home again.
