Gyoza dumplings are popular in Japan. Still many non-Japanese don't know how much tasty. I want you to try them, actually. You can learn authentic Japanese home cooking and also about culture. Let's enjoy cooking, talking and meal!

Fun to make gyoza, it's to spread the gyoza pastry and put on the ingredients. You will have good time and after making, tasty gyoza are waiting for you.

If you are vegetarian, I prepare vegetarian gyoza, too. Please note that we mix meat group and vegetarian group.

Walking directions:
Take the Hachiko exit out of Shibuya station. Cross the famous Shibuya crosswalk, go straight until you see a large store called 'MODI'. Take a left at the store and keep walking until you pass the Disney store, MUJI and a cafe called 'Cafe Miyama' on your left. My cooking studio is in the building called 'Yamate Mansion' which is adjacent to the cafe. Go through the automatic door and take the elevator to the 9th floor, #906. You will see a signboard saying 'Emi's kitchen' on the door.
