    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

I am making Japanese traditional pickles, miso and sweet sake at home. I make various small side dishes with them and seasonal vegetables
The triangle tacos are my original, it was a popular menu in my restaurant .Japanese Chilli beans and sour cream of tofu are contained in it.

There are many friends who make vegetables organic.I cook with that delicious vegetable for youThis is my cooking policy.I use seasonings made with traditional Japanese techniques.I use organic foods as much as possible.I don't use chemical seasonings.
My cooking is basically vegan, and I will meet your needs.
My house is in Nabari City.Nearby has a waterfall associated with ninja and an old townscape associated with Kanami.I can pick up and drop off from Nabari station.My daughter is an elementary school student.and she is interested in the people of the world. My daughter will be delighted when you come. Nice to meet you!
