‘Sukiyaki' is thinly sliced beef, tofu, vegetables and shirataki (starch noodles) stewed in Warishita (sweetened soy source) and eaten with a scrambled raw egg is used as the dipping sauce.

I am a Japanese woman living in Tokyo who loves international exchange. From experience I enjoyed interacting with the local people at Airbnb etc at the destination so far, I thought that I could do something and registered it here.
I often call a friend at home to make a home party, so if you wish, I will also consult to change the menu.
I used to lived in Australia for three and a half years, so I can speak English.
I am looking forward to seeing travelers from all over the world (^ ∀ ^) /

Aiko-San is a great host I feel at eased the whole time and the cooking was so good. Here English is very good and it's easy to discuss with her. I recommend Aiko-San to everyone who want to experience a simple to make but good Japanese cooking
