Experience the basics of home-style cuisine Ichiju-Sansai with 7 Japanese seasonings and tasting Japanese Sake
Why don't you learn the basics of home-style cuisine in Japan 'Ichiju-Sansai' (1 soup and 3 dishes) and the basics of tasting Japanese Sake?
For the main dish we choose salmon or chicken because these are easily available in your country . We will decide the main dish base on the availability in the supermarket. To add to the main dish, we will cook two kinds of side dishes using fresh seasonal vegetable, miso soup and rice. We will learn to use the traditional ingredients of miso, seven Japanese seasonings and dashi broth made from scratch which provide superior nutritional value and exceptional taste .
After eating, you can relax yourself with our Japanese Sake tasting from our Sake sommelier teacher . You will learn the different kinds of sake and will have a deeper understanding of the Japanese sake world .
