In this class, we actually make one of typiccal rice bowls which is very easy to cook so that you could recreate it after getting back home. This class takes place in my kitchen so you could relax and enjoy cooking with homelike atmosphere. Also my neighborhood is very good green environment and 20-minute walk to Ghibuli Museum.
Hello. My name is Midori. Midori means Green. I am a English speaking licensed tour guide in Tokyo. Because I love eating and cooking, I would like to share how to cook Japanese soul food e.g. Nikujaga, Chirashi-Zushi.
