Japanese vegan sweets and teas
Maccha mochi with azuki beans.
Kuzu pudding yuzu sorce topping.
Azuki or green tea.
You learn how to make two kinds of Japanese sweets in this class. Using very Japanese ingredients such as rice, green teas, azuki beans, kuzu (root sturch), you can have some interesting experience.
I work at a local organic grocery store and am also a mother of two boys. I
sometimes have cooking classes at my home which are mainly organic, vegan or macrobiotic cookings. So if you are interested in Japanese traditional foods as a vegan or vegetarian, I will be a good teacher. I like speaking English and exchanging cultures.
