Hi everyone!
I am Reiko. I am a certificated baking instructor in the biggest Japanese baking school in Japan. I love baking bread and sweets! I have been creating recipes for American magazines from Japan for 6 years. I can bake bread and gluten free bread, too. I ‘d like to communicate with people from various countries In English and Japanese. You can learn baking and Japanese culture a lot. I am looking forward to seeing all of you.
