Our cooking experience with Junko san completely exceeded our expectations which were already high to begin with! Not only is she a terrific teacher - patient, encouraging, warm and friendly, always adding touches of humour - she’s also a great host which really elevates the experience and makes it feel like so much more than a cooking class. Apart from the above, the recipes are absolutely wonderful - very rich in flavour. She also explains everything so well, both I and my friend feel confident recreating it all at home by ourselves! Highly recommended!!
