・Ball sushi (we call Temari sushi) is just like small ball, they are beautiful and easy to eat with one bite size. There are Maiko in Kyoto, it is said that Temari sushi was made for them because they can keep their lipstick beautiful with not open big mouth. I use fresh ingredients and make beautiul.
・Tempra is crispy and tasty, you can eat them with dipping sauce which is made from Dashi, I also use fresh and safe vegetable ingredients!
・Osumashi is japanese clear type soup and you can taste the Dashi most.
・Goma means sesami, sesami pudding has much sesami taste and you can enjoy green tea taste too!

I am also vegetable sommelier so I use many kinds of vegetables with Dashi in my every cooking class.
