Hello, I’m Callum, a chef from Scotland who have been cooking since I was 17 (I’m now 30), I started working as a chef in a 5 star hotel, then a Michelin starred kitchen and 2 of Gordon Ramseys kitchens. I have cooked for small private dinner to banquets for 100’s of people and I’d like to bring my wealth of knowledge and flavour to your table. Why? I have a lot of creativity that I would like to explore and having free time to do this with people who enjoy good food while supporting myself sound like a lot of fun. Also I like to meet new people and make new connections, it’s not too easy to to this in the F&B world, so I can combine skills and passion while exploring the world!
