Tomyum koong. Authentic Thai tomyum with prawn, galangal, kaffirlime leaf, and chilli. Hot and spicy taste. Start from make broth with spices and prawn shells, add prawns, chilli and seasoning.
You will learn how to prepare shrimp, cook shrimp broth from shrimp shells and galangal, lemongrass, kaffirlime leaf and seasoning it with fish sauce, lime juice and hot chilli. You can add in milk and chilli paste to make it more hot and creamy.
The Modern Woman Cooking School establish since 4 th July 1979, the school has been instructed by Mr.Polsri Kachacheewa who is the professional of radio and T.V. programs concerning the professional of food preparing. He is the professtional of food magazine and the expert of nutrition.

My cooking experience at modern woman cooking school was great. At first, I was nervous about English, communicating and cooking. However, that was all needless fear. I absolutely enjoyed cooking experience in Thailand atmosphere.
